Gilbert’s Most Trusted Pest Control – We Eliminate Pests for Good!
Effective pest removal backed by guaranteed results.
Licensed & insured professionals.
Pests do more than annoy you. Rodents chew wiring and contaminate food, scorpions put kids and pets at risk, and one ant trail becomes a colony in your walls. Panda Pest Control handles all of it in Gilbert, with treatments that are safe around your family and built to keep pests out rather than knocking them down for a week.

Gilbert, AZ’s Leading Pest Control Team – 15 Years of Results
Pests are relentless. So are we. Panda Pest Control has served Gilbert since 2010, and in that time we have treated just about everything the East Valley throws at a home: roof rats in Morrison Ranch attics, scorpions working along block walls, ants finding their way through the smallest slab crack. Our technicians are licensed and insured, and we use products that work without turning your house upside down. No hidden fees and no treatments that do nothing. Just service that holds up.
Protect Your Property with Gilbert’s Most Trusted Pest Control
Left alone, a pest problem rarely stays small. Our Gilbert technicians handle scorpions, rodents, mosquitoes and everything in between, and we will tell you honestly what your property needs rather than selling you a package it does not. Call (480) 485-4124 for a free inspection.

Scorpion Treatment
Bark scorpions are the one pest in Gilbert people genuinely worry about, and for good reason. They slip under door sweeps, hide in shoes and closets, and their sting sends people to urgent care. Gilbert borders far less open desert than the north valley, so pressure here is lower than in Cave Creek or north Scottsdale, but block walls, irrigation and rock landscaping still give them everything they need. We treat harborage directly instead of only spraying a perimeter, seal the entry points we find, and run a UV inspection at night to see where they are actually living.

Mosquito Abatement
Mosquitoes are worse in Gilbert than in most of the East Valley, and flood irrigation is the reason. Standing water after an irrigation cycle, combined with the mature canopy in neighborhoods like Morrison Ranch, gives them exactly what they need to breed. The water that matters is rarely the obvious kind. It is irrigation boxes, plant saucers, clogged gutters and low spots that hold water for a week. We treat resting sites, apply larvicide where water cannot be drained, and walk the property with you to find the sources worth removing.

Rodent Suppression
Roof rats are the most common rodent call we take in Gilbert, and most homeowners hear them in the attic long before they see one. Mature trees give them a route to the roofline, flood irrigation gives them water, and a gap the width of a quarter gives them a way in. They chew wiring, foul insulation and breed fast enough that a small problem does not stay small. We trap the active population and then seal the entry points, because removing rats without closing the way back in only buys you a few quiet weeks.

Residential Services
Your home should be somewhere you relax, not somewhere you check your shoes. Our residential program covers the pests Gilbert homes actually deal with: ants, roof rats, scorpions, crickets, spiders and mosquitoes. We treat the perimeter, the entry points and the harborage, then return on a schedule that matches the season, because pressure in July is nothing like pressure in January.

Commercial Services
A pest problem in a business is a different kind of problem. It costs you inspections, reviews and sometimes customers. We work with restaurants, offices, retail and warehouse space around Gilbert on schedules built around your hours rather than ours, with documentation you can hand straight to an inspector. When something urgent comes up you get a real response, not a slot three weeks out.

Multi-Family Services
Multi-family properties have a problem single homes do not: pests move between units. One unit with an issue becomes four if nobody treats the shared walls, and residents call the office rather than the exterminator. We work with property managers and HOAs across Gilbert on scheduled service, unit-by-unit treatment where it is needed, and documentation you can put in front of residents and owners. We plan around notice requirements and resident access, because the best treatment plan is the one that actually gets inside the units.

Customized Residential Pest Management – Protecting Your Home with Care
No two properties need the same thing. A newer build on the south end of Gilbert has different problems than a flood-irrigated lot in Morrison Ranch, and treating them identically wastes your money. We inspect first, build the plan around what we actually find, and use products that are safe around children and pets.
Ongoing service keeps pressure down between visits, so problems get handled before you notice them. Ants, roaches, rodents, scorpions or termites, call (480) 485-4124 and we will take a look.
Safeguard Your Business with Expert Pest Control Services
A pest problem in a commercial space costs more than the treatment. It costs failed inspections, damaged stock, bad reviews and staff time. We start with a walkthrough that identifies where pests are getting in and what is drawing them, then build a plan around how your operation actually runs.
We work around your hours, keep disruption to a minimum, and document every visit so you have records when you need them. Ongoing service is what stops the problem coming back, and it costs a lot less than handling it twice.

Protecting Arizona Homes & Businesses Since 2010
Panda Pest Control has served Arizona since 2010. We started small and family-run, and we have grown without losing what made that work: technicians who show up when they say they will, treatments chosen for the property rather than the invoice, and a straight answer when you ask what something needs. Our team is licensed and insured, our plans are built per property, and our guarantee means we come back between scheduled services at no charge if pests do.
Flood Irrigation, Mature Trees and Roof Rats
Gilbert went from farm town to one of the largest cities in the state in about thirty years, and its pest profile is a direct result of how that happened.
Morrison Ranch is the clearest case. It was deliberately built with flood irrigation and mature shade trees, which makes it beautiful and also makes it excellent roof rat habitat: water, dense canopy and roofline access all in one place. Roof rats are our most frequent call there, and homeowners usually hear them in the attic well before they see one. The same irrigation produces mosquitoes on a predictable cycle.
Agritopia and Power Ranch have their own version of it, with working agriculture and water features built directly into residential neighborhoods, which keeps rodent, cricket and ant pressure higher than a standard tract development.
The Heritage District and older central Gilbert bring aging housing stock and the entry points that come with it, while newer construction on the southern and eastern edges sits on ground that was farmed until recently. There the displacement pattern applies: ants, crickets and field mice pushed out of turned fields and into new slabs.
Very little of Gilbert borders open desert, so scorpion pressure is lower here than in the north or west valley, though it is a long way from zero.

FAQs
Do pests become resistant to treatments over time?
Some pests can build resistance to an insecticide that gets overused, which is why we rotate active ingredients rather than running the same product forever. We also target pests at more than one stage of the life cycle, so a treatment that misses adults still catches eggs or nymphs. If something stops working on your property, we change the approach instead of repeating it.
How do scorpions get into my home?
Bark scorpions get in through gaps far smaller than people expect: under a door sweep, through weep screed at the base of a stucco wall, around plumbing penetrations, and through gaps in roof tile. They are looking for moisture and cover, especially during extreme heat. Sealing entry points and cutting their food source, which is usually crickets and other insects, does more than spraying alone.
Do you provide emergency pest control services?
Yes. Some situations cannot wait for the next scheduled route, and a scorpion in the house with small children is one of them. Call (480) 485-4124 and we will get someone out as quickly as we can.
Can I handle a rodent problem on my own?
Store-bought traps will catch a few mice, but they rarely end an infestation. Rodents breed quickly and nest out of sight in attics, wall voids and insulation, so by the time you are catching them the population is usually larger than it looks. The part most people skip is exclusion. If the entry points stay open, new rodents simply replace the ones you removed.
How do I know if I have bed bugs?
Look for small dark droppings along mattress seams and around the bed frame, rust-coloured spots on sheets, and clusters of small bites. A sweet, musty smell in the room is another sign. Bed bugs spread fast between rooms, so treat quickly. We use heat and targeted product together, because heat alone can drive them into adjacent walls.
What is the best way to prevent ants from coming back?
Ants come inside looking for food and water, so the prevention work is mostly about removing both: wipe up spills quickly, keep food in sealed containers, fix dripping outdoor taps and irrigation leaks, and seal gaps at the foundation and around utility lines. Treating the trail you can see rarely solves it. The colony has to be dealt with, or a new trail simply appears somewhere else.
Do I need pest control during winter?
Yes. Arizona winters do not kill pests off, they drive them indoors. Rodents, cockroaches and spiders move inside looking for warmth, and infestations that start in winter often go unnoticed until spring. Year-round service keeps the pressure down so you are not starting from behind when temperatures climb again.
How do I know if I have a wasp or bee problem?
Buzzing inside a wall, visible nests under eaves or in the roofline, and a noticeable increase in wasp or bee traffic around one spot all point to a nest nearby. Do not try to knock a nest down yourself. Wasps defend aggressively, and disturbing a colony without protective equipment is how people get stung repeatedly. We remove the nest and treat the site so it does not get rebuilt.
What types of businesses do you service?
Restaurants, hotels, offices, retail, warehouses, apartment communities and HOA properties. Requirements differ a lot between them, so we build the plan around your industry and whatever health code or inspection standard applies, and we document each visit so you have records when an inspector asks.
What happens during a pest inspection?
We walk the property inside and out, looking for active pests, the entry points letting them in, and the conditions attracting them, things like standing water, wood-to-soil contact, or gaps at the roofline. Then we tell you what we found and what it needs. You get a plan built on what is actually on your property rather than a standard package.
